Fairfax District near by Culver City is a neighborhood in the central region of Los Angeles, California. It is known for its mix of historical culture, contemporary attractions, and vibrant culinary scene.
The Fairfax District is bounded by Beverly Boulevard to the north, Wilshire Boulevard to the south, La Brea Avenue to the east, and La Cienega Boulevard to the west. It’s bordered by several well-known LA neighborhoods, including West Hollywood, Beverly Grove, and Hancock Park.

The Fairfax District is also home to CBS Television City, where many TV shows have been taped, and the Petersen Automotive Museum, one of the largest automotive museums in the world.
The neighborhood is known for its relaxed vibe and walkability, making it a popular place for both residents and visitors. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the district continues to be a vibrant part of Los Angeles’ cultural scene.
